01 / ABOUT METHE MAN BEHIND THE UNIFORM

A LIFE OF
COMMITMENT.

My name is Francis Peterson, and service has helped shape the person and leader I am today.

I currently serve in the United States military as a Sergeant First Class (SFC), E-7. As a senior enlisted leader, my responsibilities go far beyond a uniform or a rank. They are grounded in accountability, sound judgment, and the people I have the privilege to lead.

I help lead and manage a platoon of soldiers, provide guidance, mentor younger service members, maintain discipline, and help turn commanders’ plans into action. The work calls for patience, experience, responsibility, and a strong sense of leadership.

I have worked hard for the position I hold. I take pride in the service, dedication, and commitment that have brought me here, and in the opportunity to keep making a difference through the people around me.
